Can I pre book my appointments to suit my schedule?
Yes of course, we advise you pre book to avoid disappointment. You can book your appointments via our online booking, in person or over the phone. You can request your preferred day, time and stylist.
Which stylist will be doing my hair?
You can request your preferred stylist when booking your appointment. While we will strive to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific stylists we will though guarantee the level of Gaudi Experience. We aim not to move or reschedule your appointment, except for circumstances such as staff illness. However, on occasion, you may be provided an alternative stylist than the one you initially reserved.
Can I add a colour or cut onto the appointment?
Yes certainly, you have the option to add your membership blow dry to any of our colour services. However, if you need to add on any other service, such as a cut or one of our treatments, you will need to pay the full amount for that service as a blowdry is not subject to a discount on the service bill.
Can I buy for my daughter/son/friend/family?
Certainly! A blow dry membership is the perfect way to keep your children’s hair in tip top condition and looked after by professionals. Its also super affordable compared to individual salon visits.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, It’s possible to pause or cancel your membership whenever you like. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a written notice of one month, which you can send us via email.
