Here’s a few things you need to know…
Hair length
We have designed our appointments to ensure we have enough time to cater for your hair type, length and thickness. When booking please use our hair length guidelines to ensure you book for the correct services. Failure to do so may mean we need to reschedule your appointment.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Most of our clients love this as it means half of their hair do is already paid for! The deposit is redeemable against your final bill. If you need to change or cancel you’re appointment and your within our cancellation period you can transfer your deposit to your next appointment or get a refund.
No availability?
When booking online, you may see that there is no availability for the service you require. Don’t be tempted to book in for a lesser service, this may lead to disappointment or rescheduling. You can be added to our waiting list and notified when an appointment becomes available. Simply click on the ‘Add me to waiting list’ button when booking online.
